Independent verification

Users are solely responsible for opening the original issuing source and verifying the complete solicitation, amendments, scope, site conditions, dates, time zone, eligibility, licensing, bonding, insurance, wage, registration and submission requirements. Never rely on an email subject line, score, summary or sample as the operative solicitation.

AI and data limitations

Public records can be delayed, corrected, removed or inconsistently formatted. Automated extraction, classification, geocoding and AI-generated summaries can omit or misstate information. A “match” or fit label is an informational estimate, not a representation that the opportunity is appropriate, profitable or legally available to the user.

No guarantee

PursuitSift does not guarantee complete coverage, continuous availability, accuracy, timeliness, eligibility, responsiveness, savings, revenue, award, profit or any particular outcome. PursuitSift does not submit bids and is not responsible for missed opportunities, deadlines, amendments, disqualifications, bid costs or decisions made using the service.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

No paid enrollment is currently active. Before a future purchase, the checkout will clearly disclose price, billing frequency and automatic-renewal terms immediately before consent. Monthly plans will renew until canceled. Customers may cancel online anytime without calling; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Charges are non-refundable except where the checkout states otherwise or law requires. PursuitSift will send any renewal notices required by applicable law.

Email and account choices

Marketing email requires an affirmative request and includes a clear unsubscribe method. Opt-outs are honored through a suppression record. Transactional messages necessary to administer an active account may continue until the account or subscription ends.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, resell data or alerts, scrape the service, impersonate an agency, misrepresent PursuitSift data as official, interfere with operations or use the service unlawfully. Source materials remain subject to the issuing source’s terms and applicable rights.

Third-party sources

Links lead to independently operated government or procurement sites. PursuitSift does not control their content, availability, security, amendments or submission systems. Names of other services are used only for truthful identification and remain the property of their owners.

Commercial launch conditions

These terms are a pre-launch risk-control draft, not legal advice. Paid enrollment and automated commercial outreach remain disabled until the operating company’s legal name, mailing address, contact method, payment terms, governing law, dispute process and required compliance controls are published and tested.
